 1.ARE YOU INSURED?

Your bag is fully insured against loss or damage while it is in the process of being handled by Tamilo llc. Our couriers are insured, as are our agents and drop-off points, and your bag is also insured while it is in their possession. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

​2.GENERAL PACKING TIPS

We recommend that you pack your items securely in a suitable box.

Wrap your items in bubble wrap or tissue paper to ensure that the items are minimized during transportation.

No dust cover is required.

Please write our company name and address clearly on the outside of the box when shipping. The address is as follows:

Please include a letter in the box with your contact name, phone number, email address and suitable return address.

You can order our express delivery service in the United States by sending your delivery address, contact name, phone number and suitable delivery date (Monday to Friday) to: weizeng@tamiloinc.vip. Relevant fees apply.

3.PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for services and products online using our paypal or stripe. We can also send secure Paylinks for online payments through the above payment methods.

If you need a wire transfer or ACH payment, please contact us to provide

 

When you deliver your items to our official drop-off point, you do not need to pay our customer service staff. All service charges are paid by Tamilo llc

 

Please note that there is no need to pay directly to the courier who collects or delivers your items booked through Tamilo llc.

4.DO YOU WORK ON ITEMS OTHER THAN HANDBAGS?

Yup! We clean and repair all manner of leather and fabric items, including: purses, wallets, pochettes, cosmetic bags, shoes, leather jackets, leather trousers and leather skirts to name a few. Contact the team for more information.

5.WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?

The processes on your handbag are all carried out to the highest level, using the appropriate professional products. After your bag has been returned to you we will recommend the correct ongoing care products. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your bag after treatment we will happily take the bag back in for assessment within the first 6 months. If at any time The Handbag Spa feel that the incorrect care of the bag has led to any subsequent problems we reserve the right to charge for extra work involved.

​6.HOW LONG DO THE  SERVICES TAKE?

The turnaround time varies depending on the chosen treatments. We’re currently working on an estimated 10 working days basis.

You will be kept informed via automated emails, as your item works its way through each stage. You can call the office at any point for an update quoting your item number.

7.Can I apply for Nursing Restoration Services from abroad?

If you would like to ship your item to Tamilo llc, please be sure to clearly indicate on all customs related documents that the item is for repair and restoration work in the United States only and will be shipped back to you upon completion.

Unfortunately, Tamilo llc is not responsible for any items being detained by customs due to errors in customs documentation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team.

 

Please also include a letter with your contact name, phone number, email address and a suitable return address. If you would like a quote before shipping your item, you can email photos to our technical department at weizeng@tamiloinc.vip

Although we are based in the US, we also provide bag cleaning and restoration services to EU and international customers.

 

Currently, we do not offer courier delivery outside of the continental US, so we recommend that you choose your own courier to ship your item.

​8.What if I choose the wrong restorative care method?

All items sent to Tamilo llc will be inspected upon arrival by our trained technicians. Afterwards, a member of our team will call you to discuss their recommendations and confirm service options with you. If there is a price difference between the options you choose at this time, we will adjust them.
